All traffic fines must be settled within 48 hours of the notification date. Payment must be arranged through an official government channel within that window. If the fine remains unpaid after 48 hours, the vehicle is automatically locked. Yes Sure will always notify you as soon as a fine is registered against your rental.

UAE residents need a valid Emirates ID and UAE driving licence. Tourists and visitors need a valid passport, a UAE entry visa or stamp, and either an international driving permit (IDP) or a driving licence from an approved country accepted directly by UAE traffic authorities: GCC countries, the US, UK, EU and several others qualify without an IDP. If you’re unsure whether yours is accepted, ask our team. A refundable security deposit is taken by credit card at pickup.
21 for economy and mid-size cars, and 25 for SUVs, 7-seaters and premium models. Drivers under 25 may carry a small young-driver surcharge on the higher categories, just ask when booking.

Most monthly and long-term plans include generous or unlimited mileage. Daily and weekly rentals typically include a daily allowance, commonly 250–300 km per day, with a per-km rate beyond that. Exact terms depend on the vehicle and plan, and your agent confirms the mileage allowance before you confirm.
Yes, a refundable deposit is held on your credit card at pickup, typically AED 1,500–3,000 depending on the vehicle category. It’s released after the car is returned in its original condition with no outstanding fines or damage.
Once the vehicle is inspected at return with no new damage and no unpaid Salik, parking or traffic fines, the deposit hold is released back to your card. Bank processing typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your card issuer.
Yes, delivery to and collection from Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum (DWC) airports, plus most hotels and residential addresses across Dubai. It’s often free within the city for weekly and monthly rentals, ask your agent about delivery to your area.
Full-to-full: the car is handed over with a full tank and should be returned full. Returned with less fuel, the missing amount is charged at the pump price plus a small refuelling service fee.
Yes, in most cases: message us on WhatsApp before your return date and we’ll extend at the same daily or monthly rate where the car has no other booking, or move you to an equivalent available vehicle.
A grace period of up to 29 minutes is normally allowed. Beyond that, late returns are billed an additional day’s rate. If you know you’ll be late, message us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you without the extra charge.
The vehicle is handed over in good overall condition and without apparent defects, and any complaint about its condition must be raised immediately on delivery. You agree to return it in the same condition, with all documents and accessories, at the location and on the date set out in your agreement. Yes Sure may repossess the vehicle at your expense if it is used in breach of the agreement. Clause 1
If you or the driver breached the rental terms, any legal or customs regulations, or the insurance conditions, you are liable for all resulting loss and expenses regardless of fault: replacement or recovery costs, repair costs, compensation for decline in value and loss of rental fee, including fire and glass breakage. Yes Sure may also charge compensation equal to the rental rate for the days the vehicle is off the road. Accepting the Loss Damage Waiver can remove this liability. Clause 2
You are expected to look after the vehicle carefully. It must not be used:
Call the police to the scene and obtain a Police Report, then forward it to Yes Sure and report the incident immediately. Secure the details of all other parties and any witnesses so the accident report can be completed. No repairs may be carried out without prior approval. Obtaining a police report is mandatory: if the report cannot identify a third party at fault, Yes Sure may recover the excess liability from you, and even a paid Loss Damage Waiver may not release you from liability if these steps are skipped. Customers are responsible for tyre damage and punctures. Clause 7
By initialling “Accept” on the front page you agree to a supplementary fee per the current price list, which covers damage to, or loss or theft of, the vehicle. Without it you are liable under Clause 2. The waiver does not exempt you from liability in cases of gross negligence or deliberate breach of the rental conditions, legal regulations or insurance conditions. Personal accident cover is available as a separate optional add-on. Clauses 10–11
Yes Sure provides insurance coverage for persons using the vehicle with its permission (and not otherwise), under an automobile liability insurance policy that is available for inspection on request. Clause 6
Personal data related to the rental agreement is processed automatically, and by entering the agreement you expressly agree that it may be shared with third parties, in particular for credit protection purposes. Clause 8
The agreement is governed by and interpreted under the law of the United Arab Emirates applicable to the Emirate where it is signed, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of that Emirate’s courts.
